We at Graydon's have done our best to provide as authentic an English Pub atmosphere as possible this side of "the Pond". Our Chef has created a menu that emulates traditional English fare while maintaining the American tradition of improving on the classics to suit the higher standards of present day cuisine. And even though our menu reflects classic English dishes, we've also been influenced by the days of the British colonies in India, where colonists learned to appreciate the many spices and curries that soon worked their way back to Jolly Old England and onto the supper tables. So sit back, relax, have a pint, and be prepared to experience a menu that the Brits would gladly cross the Atlantic for!
Often referred to as "real ale", cask conditioned ales are brewed from only traditional ingredients and allowed to mature naturally. The unfiltered, unpasteurized beer still contains live yeasts which continue conditioning the beer in the cask. This process creates a gentle, natural CO2 carbonation and enhances the flavors that the brewers intended. We're the only pub in the city to offer these unique ales! We tap a different cask every Thursday @ 5pm, so get here early!
